MOVEability Physiotherapy for Kids provide Physiotherapy, Hydrotherapy (also called Aquatic Therapy), and Occupational Therapy for children and young adults.
We have 15+ years experience in the field of paediatrics.
Our Credentials
Both MOVEability therapists & associated independent therapists maintain the following credentials:
- Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration
- Working with Children Check
- Child-Safe Environments Training
- Responding to Risk of Harm, Abuse and Neglect in Education and Care (RRHAN – EC)
- Fully vaccinated against Covid-19
All MOVEability therapists are very passionate about providing a quality service, working with families to establish the needs of the child and thus goals of therapy input. All therapy sessions with MOVEability therapists are always fun and tailored to the needs of the individual child.
Our Director – Hayley Fisher
Hayley is the owner and director of MOVEability and is a registered physiotherapist with broad experience in supporting babies, children and young adults with developmental delays, disorders, and disabilities both in Adelaide, regional and rural areas South Australia, as well as internationally.
Hayley is also a Member of the Australia Physiotherapy Association (APA) Paediatric Special Interest Group, and has built a deep, specialist skill set over 17 years working exclusively with children.

Hayley has over 20 years of specific paediatric physiotherapy experience and has developed specialty knowledge and skill set to address:
* Movement disorders and appropriate management strategies of such
* Spasticity management and rehabilitation following neurological surgical procedures
* Preparation for and rehabilitation following orthopaedic surgery
* Early Intervention for babies and children with delayed gross motor skill development with or without a diagnosis
* Advice and recommendation around common orthopaedic conditions for example flat feet
* Equipment recommendation and order directions including mobility aides and orthotics
Hayley also is very committed to ongoing professional development and training and completed the following:
- Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI), Level C training
- Paediatric Gait Analysis and Orthotic Management: An Optimal Segment Kinematics and Alignments Approach to Rehabilitation (OSKAR)
- Typical Movement: Analysis and Integration into Paediatric Practice – ABNDTA
- Typical Child Development – ABNDTA
